At Heartwell Home Health Care, we started with a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves compassionate, high-quality care — and every family deserves a team they can truly trust.
Our story began in 2005, beginning with our founders Carmen and Clemente Sierra, taking on a journey of a lifetime that has evolved into a lifelong vocation to those who are in need. They began by owning and operating a behavioral group home for male adolescents and adults in the community. In 2009, our family decided to continue growing and opened Heartwell Home Health Care Agency.
We are a Miami-based boutique home health agency proudly serving children and families. In Miami-Dade county, we are licensed to provide home health services, and are able to provide ABA services throughout the state of Florida. Our team of dedicated professionals brings clinical expertise and genuine heart to every single visit.

who support program implementation and behavioral modification under BCBA supervision

who provide direct, hands-on therapy with your child every day under BCaBA or BCBA supervision

who support the emotional and mental wellbeing of children and families

Who provide personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, and basic health support at home to promote comfort, safety, and independence.

What to expect after you submit:
A Heartwell care coordinator will contact you within three business days.
We will review your provided details
During the consultation we’ll assess needs, discuss care options, explain insurance and payment considerations, and discuss the following steps
If appropriate, we’ll arrange an in-home assessment by a licensed clinician to finalize care recommendations.
